FELDA, West Cheshire College and University of Chester support culinary and hospitality foundation students with new overseas programme

FELDA Foundation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU ) with West Cheshire College and the University of Chester to provide higher education opportunities for the children of FELDA settlers.

The collaboration is expected to begin mid next year with the hospitality and culinary programs. Eligible FELDA foundation college students can pursue their diploma at the College of West Cheshire and continue their degree studies at the University of Chester.

 

FELDA foundation hopes that this programme will help increase skilled workers that can meet the demands of employers and industry. In addition, the program fully funded by Felda Global Ventures Holdings ( FGV ) provides an opportunity for post- secondary and tertiary Kolej Yayasan FELDA to achieve their ambitions , thus becoming an employee or good entrepreneur.
